MassMonopoly is looking for a creative & driven Digital Account Manager for our Boston office. This is a great opportunity for a smart and energetic individual who is looking to collaborate with a driven, innovative team of advertising professionals. You are a well rounded creative thinker, hands on and a dedicated client partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as central point of contact for all client requests in partnership with internal Account leadership
  • Effectively manage project responsibilities and deliverables for digital advertising, web builds, mobile apps and more
  • Assist in the creation of clear documentation, including project plans, budgets, scheduling, and statements of work
  • Assist with budget management and monthly reporting
  • Coordinate internal and external project resources to consistently meet client deliverables on time and within budget
  • Actively contribute and lead team meetings regarding scheduling and deliverables
  • Gather all required project assets from client for delivery to internal departments
  • Maintain working files/records on all projects
  • Ensure the achievement of timelines, schedules and deadlines
  • Identify, communicate and propose resolution of any issues to appropriate team members to ensure project success
  • Assist in the creation of detailed Scope of Work documents, Project Plans and estimates for new business opportunities
  • Ensure the highest-quality standards by performing quality control and testing on all client work
  • Stay current with interactive and inbound trends, and apply them proactively to meet client needs
  • Assist in the coordination of regular site changes, content development and updates

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Digital experience a must
  • Inbound experience and HubSpot certified
  • Solid writing and editing skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Desire to reach inside and truly change our clients’ businesses
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics
  • Experience working with multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to create, maintain and drive a weekly production schedule
  • Ability to work as part of a team, share ideas; offer and accept constructive reviews
  • Outstanding communication skills, detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to present confidently – ability to make the complex simple
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Love of everything interactive/inbound/advertising
  • Interest, knowledge and general awareness around the evolving digital space
  • Collaborative nature
